…Which is what we are now singing as we shake ourselves silly on the gate. Our little ankle biter likes to stand at the kitchen gate and rock herself as hard as she can to make as much noise as possible in the hopes that someone will come and rescue her from the other side.
She also sings this when she is so very sleepy, but just doesn’t want to go to bed yet. Baby Rimes will lay on the floor singing to her daddy as long as possible before he finally catches on and attempts for the 5th time to get her to lie quietly to fall asleep.

Sounds like she’ll be cut out for musicals one day… keep practicing for the lead!

Yes, there have been many renditions of “Kids” (Bye Bye Birdie) and “Abadaba Honeymoon” around here. By the way, if you’ve never heard the latter, I highly recommend doing a search and listening to it, it’s quite amusing. I’m sure Ella’s daddy will encourage all that musical talent until she brings home a drum set.
